The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. I was impressed by their attention to detail, especially in the rooms which had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was superb, with easy access to downtown and key areas of Monterey. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The breakfast, although simple, was a pleasant start to the day with coffee, fruit, and yogurt provided to take to your room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Monterrey and had a great experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic, especially if you need to visit San Jose Hospital. It was extremely convenient for me. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, particularly Samuel Perez. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed during my stay. The large closets and pantry with ample shelves were a pleasant surprise.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Some of the amenities could have been improved. the cable didn't work properly, and the noise levels from inside and outside the hotel were a bit loud, making it difficult to rest at times.
